This is a place where believers may find free resources, encouragement and support on their journey to physical health and well-being.

Why is it important to look after the human body?
Our bodies are designed to move, to consume food and get daily rest.
Sometimes believers overlook the importance of stewarding the physical body. This may be through the lack of rest, not eating the quality and the quantity of foods required, or routinely getting by with little to no exercise.
One thing affects another.
This in turn may affect our emotions, the energy we have to serve others, as well as our general well-being. Not to mention the time and costs associated with medical care, loss of work productivity etc.
We know that things don't just get better on its own.
We have a responsibility. Let's play our part.
